This year’s Holiday House Tour will be Saturday, December 5 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.

“This has been a very successful event for many years and is regarded as one of Hermann’s great Holiday traditions,” said Brenda Baur, co-chair of the 2009 tour. “We have a good variety of homes on this year’s tour that we think everyone will enjoy seeing decked out for the season.”

Homes on the Holiday House Tour include:

• Robert and Carolyn McHenry, 211 West Fourth Street
• Jerry and Marilyn Snell (DeFlorin Haus), 214 West Fourth Street
• Jeff and Susan Haley, 226 West Sixth Street
• John and Cindy Waters, 215 Market Street

Refreshments will be served at the recently restored lobby of the White House Hotel, 232 East Wharf Street. The hotel, built in 1868, is undergoing a restoration by Andrew and Vicky Plummer.
