Clara Eitmann Messmer Amphitheatre

Located on Gutenberg Street between Fourth and Fifth streets, the Clara Eitmann Messmer Amphitheatre is an open-air venue that hosts a variety of events.

The amphitheatre was built in 2006, thanks to a generous donation from Clara Messmer, a retired Hermann teacher and music lover.

The theatre features lawn seating only, so grab a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy a show.

 

Movie Night Series

Enjoy a vintage drive-in movie setting under the stars. Gates open at 7:15 p.m; shows begin at dark. Admission is $2 per person. Concession stand and restroom facilities available. Lawn seating only—bring a blanket or lawn chair.
